New Dental Patient Information – Jenks, OK
The Right Way to Start
When a new dental patient comes to see us, we treat it like a friend is coming over. We want to make sure that everything is perfect and that you have the best time possible! Below, we share what you can expect during your initial visit to Elwood Avenue Dental and also touch on important things like dental insurance and our payment options. If you have ANY questions before visiting us, please let us know!
Your First Visit
You’ll be able to fill out our forms online, and in the days leading up to your appointment, you’ll receive text reminders and even be able to chat with our team on your phone. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our staff and have a chance to choose items from our comfort menu, which includes things like Chapstick, stress balls, blankets, essential oils, headphones, and more.
A dental hygienist will begin by briefly examining and then cleaning your teeth, and then you’ll receive a more thorough check-up from your dentist. After taking some time to learn about you and your goals, they’ll come up with your custom treatment plan.
After the appointment, you’ll receive a “swag bag” filled with goodies as well as a handwritten note from your hygienist along with a Starbucks gift card. We truly value our dental patients, and we show this starting on day one!
Patient Forms
Our forms can be 100% completed online before you come to see us, enabling our team to check you in with little to no wait. Just click the button below to get started!
Dental Insurance
Elwood Avenue Dental is in-network with Delta Dental Premier, Principal, Ameritas, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and a few other common PPO dental insurance plans. We’re able to accept many plans, answer questions about your coverage, and even handle the claims process to guarantee you get the most out of your benefits.
CareCredit Financing
Rather than paying for your dental care all at once, CareCredit gives you the option to space things out with little-to-no interest. It’s a great option for patients with more complicated treatment plans, and getting signed up and approved only takes a few minutes.
